When your wallet starts running low, we warn you well before it matters, so you have time to act. Here is what happens and what to do.
What happens
As your balance falls, you will see low-balance warnings in the console. Your services keep running while there is credit. If the balance is exhausted, committed services continue for a grace period and charges keep accumulating, but you should treat a low balance as a prompt to act rather than waiting.
What to do
- Open Wallet & Usage, then Wallet Top-Up, and add credit. See Top up your wallet for the steps.
- If you see a message that billing status could not be verified, top up or contact your account team so services are not interrupted.
- If you are winding something down anyway, this is a good moment to delete what you no longer need and bring your rate of spend down.
Topping up a little ahead of time is the simplest way to avoid low-balance warnings altogether. Track your usage shows your runway so you know when to add credit.
