A quick tour of the console so you know where everything lives. Sign in at platform.gewape.cloud and you will see a menu down the left.
- Home gives you an overview of what you are running and your current spend.
- Cloud Servers is where you create and manage servers. It also holds Server Plans (the available sizes), Operating Systems (the images you can boot from), Server Snapshots, and SSH Keys.
- Storage covers Block Storage (volumes you attach to servers), Object Storage (files and media in containers), and your Storage Backups and Storage Snapshots.
- Networking holds Private Networks, Floating IPs (public addresses), Network Ports, and Security Groups (the firewall rules).
- Wallet & Usage is where you top up and see where your money goes.
One idea underpins all of it: every resource belongs to a Region (Nairobi, Kigali or Huye). Pick the region closest to your users. You can run things in more than one region from the same account.
