You sign in to everything with Gewape ID, our single sign-on. One account and one password get you into the console and your other Gewape services, so there is nothing separate to remember.
Signing in
- Go to platform.gewape.cloud.
- Enter your Gewape ID email and password.
- If two-factor authentication is turned on, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
Managing your account
Your password, your two-factor app, and your recovery codes all live in your Gewape ID account, not in the cloud console. Manage them at https://sso.gewapecloud.com/realms/gewape/account.
If you lose access to your authenticator, follow How to reset your authenticator (2FA) app. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page to reset it by email.
Turning on two-factor authentication is the single best thing you can do to protect your account, and it takes about a minute. When you set it up, save the recovery codes it gives you.
