Keeping a positive wallet balance is what keeps your services running. Topping up takes under a minute.
Add credit
- Open Wallet & Usage, then Wallet Top-Up.
- Click Add Wallet Credit and enter the amount you want to add.
- Choose how to pay:
- Card: you are taken to Stripe Checkout to pay securely by card. The credit lands in your wallet as soon as the payment clears.
- Bank transfer or ERP: if your account is invoiced, record the top-up with your bank reference or finance note.
The credit is added to your wallet and offsets future usage automatically. There is nothing else to assign.
